Though not marked as such on the grading label, an exceptional, higher-grade example of the 1952 Topps Frank House card with one of the more intriguing variations found in the set. Typically found with the Detroit Tigers graphic appearing in orange, red and yellow, a tough variation finds the tiger almost entirely in yellow. Though trace amounts of red and orange are typically found with this variation, this example is almost entirely yellow. The variation typically sells for thousands, as collectors have learned to appreciate its true scarcity. An important card for 1952 Topps master set collectors and fans of errors and variations alike.
