Bold specimen of Jersey City's Bill Milligan graded VG-EX 4 by PSA. Aside from light corner wear and a corner wrinkle at the upper-right the card presented extremely strongly with a vivid red background and a super clean back. An exceptional card with a tougher Old Mill reverse.
