Issued at the dawn of card collecting"s Golden Age the 1951 Topps Teams were part of a flood of card issues from the fledgeling company which included both red and blue back sets Connie Mack All-Stars and Major League All-Stars. The team cards featured a black and white picture of a major league team (nine in total) which are available today with varying degrees of scarcity. We are fortunate to have a group of seven different examples from the set and have elected to offer them as individual lots. Despite their condition these cards do not make themselves available frequently and offering them as individual lots will give multiple collectors the opportunity to obtain a copy for their collection.Presented here is the undated (and more scarce) version of the Cincinnati Reds card. Though creasing and general wear mars the front the POOR grade is largely a result of significant paper loss on the reverse as evident in the scan.
