Years before being banned for his role in throwing the 1919 World Series, Buck Weaver played one season with the San Francisco Seals of the Pacific Coast League, accumulating a .282 batting average with 9 home runs in 674 at bats.  The card remains tremendously desirable today due to its scarcity as well as due to the popularity of Black Sox players in general among today's hobbyists.  One of the most sought-after subjects involved with the scandal, Weaver's PCL cards remain tremendously valuable and highly coveted - none more so than his attractive 1911 Zeenut.  Despite being a clear collector-grade example, the card presents well, it's crisp photography and dynamic sepia coloring lending considerable eye appeal to the card despite its visible wear.  The card carries significant collector demand, such that examples do not make themselves available for public sale very often.
