Attractive postcard depicting the 1908 Williamsport Millionaires sporting their cold weather attire. Competing in the Class B Tri-State League the Millionaires were champions that season with a roster stacked with major league talent. Easily identifiable in the image are Eddie Foster, Dave Shean, Jack Warhop, and player/manager Harry Wolverton. Measuring approx. 3.5" x 5.5" the corners have rounded considerably with a small wrinkle appearing at lower right. The postally used card includes handwritten notations on reverse reducing the technical grade to POOR.
