Here is a Type 4 1936 Goudey Wide Pen Premium of Joe DiMaggio, a key relic of his rookie major league season. SGC has graded this with a grade of 1 for some ink handwriting notations on the reverse but the front presents much better. A somewhat circular crease can be seen in the left background and two of the corners are layered a bit. The thick paper medium and the age of this piece make such insults almost inevitable.  The card emanates from an original owner collection that has remained with the owner's family since the 1930s, and unfortunately contains his written notations on the reverse, the primary condition flaw.
