You can make the argument that Joe Morgan was the finest second baseman of his generation and frankly, possibly of ANY generation. Possessed of speed, a keen baseball mind and with plenty of pop, Morgan was a key member of the Big Red Machine and a well-known broadcaster after he hung up his spikes. His 1965 Topps rookie card, shared with Sonny Jackson, remains a hobby touchstone and is offered here in PSA 8. The color is steadfast and bright, on a card with nicely preserved corners and just the slightest of tilts on a well-centered canvas. The back looks quite clean and centered.
