Heinie Groh, who is perhaps best-remembered today for his use of a bottle bat, was one of the top fielding third basemen of his era, which spanned sixteen National League seasons. He won a championship with the 1919 Reds with another about to come in 1922 with McGraw's squad and is looking quite spiffy in this PSA 5 holder. He's going up for one here, in a posed shot that still brims with action. Lightly tipped corners are seen, with some minor print spray visible in the upper portion. The reverse has a small spot of foxing along the top border as oriented here. This card has the Chicago address variation on the back.
