The Boston Sunday American Newspaper issued a short set of Photos of Noted Ball Player Postcards in 1912.  The most prominent known subject is the one seen here, Tris Speaker. With a handwritten note and address, this PC is Postmarked June 2, 1914 and the cancellation has carried over to the front.  There is some wear and chipping seen to the borders as well, with a small wrinkle or two showing at the top. The image of Speaker is unaffected by these minor maladies and looks great.
