The H.H. Bregstone Postcard series hails from St. Louis and solely features players from the two local big league teams in roughly the same time frame that T206 saw issue   The poses are unique and the photography is sharp.  Their rarity is legendary and we are fortunate to offer two of these, from the estate of Barney Pelty.  This example is PSA 5 in grade and one of six in their pop report (SGC has one, graded a 4), one of three at this pinnacle grade for the card. The corners have rounded just a touch and some slight foxing can be seen on the obverse, which features a clear as glass image of the underrated (and unfortunate) hurler who only had two winning records in his 11 seasons in the majors. The reverse is free of writing but does exhibit some very light foxing
