Charlie French was a utility player who played briefly with the Boston and Chicago AL teams, before slipping back to the minors, where he caught on with the Montreal Royals before finishing things off with various teams west of the Rockies. This PSA 6.5 looks like it's a lower left front corner away from a better grade, with a really bright image of an intense looking French beaming through. The reverse is looking good, with some period toning evident.  There's only two higher examples of this subject in the PSA pop report.
