Sharp, clear, midgrade example of Hall of Famer Charles Comiskey's N172 Old Judge card #86-3.  With an image more bold than is typically seen with this issue, the card is quite clean.  While Old Judges this crisp are often found with the telltale signs of scrapbook mounting on the reverse, the back of this example is clean and free of damage, enabling the grading company to assign a VG-EX grade.  Though Comiskey was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1939 as a baseball executive, he batted .264 lifetime in a 13-year playing career, winning three pennants and a World Championship as a player/manager.
