Very rare "tin tray " distributed with boxes of Wheaties in 1952. This example featuring Hall of Fame slugger and future broadcaster Ralph Kiner has been worn and bent with time (haven't we all?) but still maintains a strong and clear image. The reverse of the try like all examples of this issue contains paper damage as the trays were distributed by being adhered to the backs of Wheaties boxes. The trays are very rare today and we're proud to be able to offer this example to you in our Spring auction. Also included is a 1951 Topps Red Back card of Kiner perhaps VG in condition due to overall edge and corner wear (to the extent that 1951 Topps Red Back cards have "corners."
