SGC 1.5 of Joe Hornung, nicknamed "Ubba Ubba" (yup) and known for being one of the last players to take the field without a glove. You can see his bare hands approach in a pose known as "Leaning Left, hands thigh high, bare head" (whew!). This appears to be a variant of the 235-6 numbering assigned by Miller, Gonsowski and Masson as the example in their guide shows the Old Judge Cigarettes logo in a square lozenge in the upper left corner and not the arcing semi-circle seen here; the style of Goodwin text and associated indicia also differs from the image of the pose in the book. A Beaneater through 1888, then an Oriole for 1889, an old pencil scrawl tracked this update on the reverse, which also has "B.T.M." applied in ink, driving the grade as the obverse looks a lot better.
