W555 of Black Sox pitcher Ed Cicotte hand cut, as all examples from this 66 card set are, from a candy box issued around 1909. All subjects are scarce, with Cicotte being tough even within that descriptor.  This SGC Authentic example received a too-tight trim way back when but it's one of but three graded (with none at PSA). The image of Cicotte is all there and reproduced nicely on this specimen.  The reverse has a pencil notation and some foxing.
