Rube Waddell in his throwing pose against an absolutely phenomenal looking pastel background is on full display here, a rich showcase courtesy of an unknown lithographer's hand.  The corners have rounded and some minor creasing is seen, with some gouges out at the lower right.  Still, the colors, lovingly layered, mesmerize and befit the Hall-of-Famer's pose.  The reverse is a Piedmont 150/25 with a "Garwood James" stamp applied.
