Extremely attractive Underwood & Underwood postcard featuring the 1912 Boston Red Sox, as identified in the caption underneath the photo.  One of two similar postcards published by Underwood & Underwood at the time (the other pictured the National League champion Giants), the postcards were sold at the World Series and are exceptionally scarce.  This example has been graded POOR 1 by SGC, likely due to writing and an address stamp on the reverse, though there is no evidence of actual postal use.  A strong example of a particularly difficult postcard.
