Perhaps one of the reasons the Mecca Double Folder issue is as underrated as it is, is the fact that the issue's key subject - Ty Cobb - is pictured on the back of his card, the front occupied by his Hall of Fame teammate, Sam Crawford.  In this case, the card has been graded EX 5 by PSA due to its strong eye appeal and light wear.  The corner wear is largely restricted to the bottom of the card, enough to keep it from a higher holder and yet not detract from its eye appeal.
