Produced by the Philadelphia Gum Company (the same company that produced the Philadelphia football card sets of the 1960s), the Swell Bubble Gum "Sport Thrills" series was a 20-card set that featured a black-and-white photograph depicting a great moment in baseball history, with the story of the event explained on the reverse.  Featuring memorable events throughout baseball history up until the immediate postwar era, few "sport thrills" are more important or memorable than Babe Ruth's "called shot" in the 1932 World Series.  One of the best-known home runs in World Series history even today, the shot was memorialized 16 years after its occurrence on this card, graded GOOD 2 by SGC due to overall wear.  Ruth is pictured crossing the plate, shaking the hand of his Hall of Fame teammate Lou Gehrig, the photo caption reading "Most dramatic home run."  Dramatic, indeed.
