Collector-grade T205 "Gold Border" card of Black Sox participant Eddie Cicotte, graded PR 1 by SGC.  Despite significant surface wear and creasing, the card presents quite well.  "Gold Border" is a relative term, as some T205s have over the years lost some of the distinctive gold paint around their borders resulting in a dull gold or almost green tint. Other T205s have recently discovered that have never even had the gold borders applied instead only featuring dark green borders. We believe this to be an example of a "Green Border" card, one that appears to have never had the gold leaf applied to the borders.  An exceptional example for the grade, and an interesting print anomaly.
