1967 Topps Punch-Outs are among Topps" most scarce test issues having been distributed solely in a few areas of Maryland. Originally consisting of two strips of three perforated cards the issue is extremely sensitive to condition with their intended use (playing a baseball game involving punching out the "chads" on each card to revive an old term) being the primary condition detriment.This example featuring "team captain" Tom Haller (joined by Hall of Famers Hank Aaron Willie McCovey Bill Mazeroski and Bob Gibson) has been graded VG/EX 4 by PSA an exceptional grade for such a difficult issue. The card"s primary condition flaw lies in the perforation at the bottom right corner; general wear throughout accounts for the grade.
