One of ten poses of pitcher Jim McCormick featured in the N172 issue, this pose is catalogued as card #306-5.  The card boasts tremendous contrast and image quality, with the eye appeal of a much higher-grade card.  The reason for the technical grades are some light creases (more visible on the reverse), as well as a pronounced stain on the reverse.  In the case of cards like this, however, eye appeal trumps numerical grade, as Old Judges with images this strong are in high demand among advanced collectors.
