There were actually two Dixie Howells in the big leagues in the 1950's, both of whom were born in 1920. in Kentucky. The other Dixie Howell was a pitcher, whereas this Dixie Howell was a catcher, and one who was Roy Campanella's backup for parts of three seasons but primarily in 1955, earning a World Series ring with the one and only Brooklyn Dodgers championship team. There's some corner wear, nice color, the blue signature covered with a layer of clear tape, one of just 11 examples authenticated by PSA/DNA.
