Topps led off their high number series in 1952 with three big New York names; after Mantle and Jackie Robinson, along came Bobby Thomson, fresh off the most electrifying game-ending homer in history. The card, ungraded, shows signs of some light handling from young hands and has excellent color and registration.  The autograph is a GEM MINT PSA/DNA 10, beautiful and bold in blue Sharpie.

Thomson remains a larger than life figure in the history of baseball and this is a prime piece of history in the middle of the most legendary series in the most legendary post war set ever made. A classic in every sense.
