Sam Dente had a fairly non-descript career as a utility man in the American League. Topps captured him in their semi-high series in 1952 as he toiled for the White Sox, a team that was practically the textbook entry for futility in the early 1950's, practically residing in perpetual 3rd place. He signed here with a thin point blue Sharpie in superb fashion, as agreed by PSA/DNA with their MINT 9 grade for the autograph. The card is a nice PSA 4.5 all on it's own.
