Topps seemingly ran out of players when they issued the 1952 high numbers and included some coaches and managers in the 97 subjects within.  A highlight of that subset of non-players was future Hall of Famer Billy Herman and his inclusion has given us all this HOF-worthy signature, inscribed in red ink here no less, that PSA/DNA has graded MINT 9.  The card is very nice as well with a PSA 5.5 grade, clean and well-centered. Quite possibly the finest of the 12 examples authenticated by PSA/DNA.
