Obaks, or T212's in ACC parlance, saw issue over a three year period from 1909-11 and are among the nicest looking cards ever produced. This pair of 1910's from the 175 Subjects series showcase the distinctive look of the player uniforms found in the set, presented against gorgeous color backgrounds. Purplish back stamps are common to the Obak's and their presence is often an invitation to ignore the technical grade and focus on the other attributes of each card.  In this case we have a PSA 1.5 of Jack Lively, who managed a season with Detroit in 1911 but was otherwise a career minor leaguer. His promotion to the Tigers came on the heels of a 31 win season with Oakland in 1910, and he's depicted as an Oak here. Some corner rounding is evident as is a little scuff to the upper left corner but the colors are off the charts. The reverse has the "Perfect Flavor" variant.

Ossie Vitt, on the other hand, went on to a 10 year career in the American League after two seasons with San Francisco in the PCL in 1910 and 1911. His PSA 1 card looks similar to that of Lively, with a couple of creases additional. The reverse features the "Convenient Sensible" slogan.
