One of the most visually pleasing of all Babe Ruth's cards and the only example of the Babe's four cards in the 1933 Goudey issue that draws his image from a different original source photo. The "Green Ruth" is notoriously found with centering issues; this example sits slightly high on the canvas but is excellent from left to right. Consigned from an original owner collection, this card is fresh to the hobby, submitted to PSA by us for the first time during the spring of this year. Color is bright and the image clear, with a few minor surface marks and noticeably soft corners, along with pronounced (but difficult to see in the scan) creasing that traverses horizontally across the card center. An outstanding example.
