Stan Musial's 1953 Bowman card has always been a hobby favorite, appearing as it does in one of the premiere postwar sets and offering a debut of sorts with a full sized, full color photograph of the Hall-of-Famer and Cardinals great finally available to the youthful fans of the game. Captured in the Redbirds dugout, Musial clearly can't hide how happy he was just be at the ballpark, ready to assault the pitching staffs of the other NL teams. This PSA 5 features the stunning color the set is known for, with a smattering of surface wear present, which is most visible around the bat rack yet remains vibrant. Centering is pushed to the Northeast and the back has a similar orientation.
