The 1969 Topps Baseball Stamps were issued as a standalone set, along with 24 mini team albums that invited young consumers to destroy the block of stamps included in each wax pack.  This surviving quad panel gives you two Hall-of-Famers in Ernie Banks and Roberto Clemente, and showcases the wonderful color palette Topps used for this set.  This PSA Authentic example has some ink loss affecting the Horace Clarke stamp and bit of a wonky bottom border near the right corner and is bright and well registered.
