Slightly smaller than their American counterparts, in both size and number, O-Pee-Chee's 1969 Deckle pack inserts also features a black signature, supplanting the blue used in the U.S. The Canadian Deckles  also seem to have better contrast and centering overall.  This PSA 7 of Roberto Clemente has made its way south of the border and is ready to help round out a Hall-of-Fame or player collection. Sweet insert from a set not often seen, with production numbers just a small fraction of those from the States.
