Topps was really rounding into form in 1954 and this PSA 5.5 of all time Yankee and Hall-of-Famer Whitey Ford shows off their efforts in fine fashion.  Ford shows off his curveball grip in the main, sun-splashed image and the black and white secondary photo captures his follow through in what must have been a familiar sight to opposing hitters. The background is a dreamy blue and the reverse adds a verdant green color scheme to the mix, still vibrant and bright.
