Sweet T206 portrait of Eddie Collins, possibly the finest second baseman ever to take the field. Collins really rounded into form in 1909, hitting .347 and stealing 63 bases. He never looked back and was an early member of the 3,000 hit club by the time he retired in 1930. A strong midgrade card with a coveted Old Mill reverse, this example has seen some light handling in its 110+ years of existence with the deep red background still strong and captivating.  The reverse has several spots of what look to be period product stains and is centered to the left with a tight space between the border and outer edge.
