A rematch of the dramatic 1955 Dodgers vs. Yankees World Series, Game 1 opened with the Dodgers Sal Maglie shutting down the Yankees after a shaky 1st inning while the Dodgers chipped away at Whitey Ford, taking the first game by a 6-3 margin.  Jackie Robinson and Gil Hodges homered for the Dodgers, while Mickey Mantle and Billy Martin connected for the Yankees.

Colorful Ebbets Field stub is in GOOD condition with some wrinkling throughout, and some light fading to the pink band at the right side.
