Bob Costas apparently still carries a 1958 Mickey Mantle card in his wallet for years, so strong is the pull of this Hall-of-Fame superstar. You can emulate him if you like, with this SGC 1.5 Topps card. The grade is correct, although the card presents far better that this assessment, with a killer and vivid orange background that shows some light creasing across the surface that rarely breaks the color of the card.  The reverse has a similar, colorful story to tell and features some whimsical period cartoons.
