Due to the nature of how they were distributed and what their intended purpose was salesman"s samples are difficult to obtain today are typically in poor condition and are highly desireable among collectors.This four-card panel depicts the cards of Ned Garver Gil Coan Granny Hamner and Jack Dittmer. The card exhibits wear with moderate creasing along the bottom as well as the top-right corner surface and edge wear and scotch tape marks on all four corners. This is typical of salesman"s samples as many were hung in stores as notices for young collectors that the year"s baseball issue was now in stock.
