Possibly the greatest player who ever lived and certainly at the very top of his class during the Deadball Era, Hall of Famer Tyrus Raymond Cobb is depicted on this PM1 Ornate Frame Pin from 1915. The PM1 pins are a highly coveted issue by pin collectors and this example remains particularly attractive. Two light horizontal creases run across Cobb's beltline and mid-thigh area and other very small imperfections are visible to the oval photo. The frame itself is fully intact with negligible discoloration to the front or reverse which only exhibits signs of very light wear from age.
