Venezuelan Topps cards were produced in miniscule quantities compared to their American counterparts, at a ratio likely worse than 50:1. Storage and handling in their country of origin among collectors was scattershot and the majority of known cards today are somewhat rough in appearance. This 1962 PSA 1 Clemente is an obvious example of such localized handling but does have an intact back, which is not always the case with these cards. These are simply hard to find to matter the condition.
