Recent auctions have featured a multitude of cards and keepsakes from the Ted Williams estate. Williams known by many as the greatest hitter to play the game and also a great American hero (his exploits as a hitter fly fisherman and fighter pilot are legendary) also held onto a variety of keepsakes over the years. After his passing these keepsakes including cards have slowly trickled into the market.Presented are two such keepsakes owned by Williams and pedigreed as such by SGC. The featured cards are Williams" 2001 Fleer "Greats of the Game" and 2002 Donruss Diamond Heritage Collection cards. Both were part of Williams" collection and we"re proud to offer such exceptional keepsakes here.The cards both present in the NM to NM-MT range having been well-preserved after Williams" passing and subsequently encapsulated in SGC holders.
