Considered scarce, 1948 comic featuring 1947 Rookie of the Year Jackie Robinson on the cover.  Graded VF- 7.5 by CGC, grader notes refer to a shadow on top of front cover, small crease at the bottom of the back cover, and spine stress lines.

A tough issue, apparently the final issue of this title, the colorful comic features a variety of comic vignettes highlighting the ex optional lives of Black Americans including Tom Molyneaux, Alexander Pushkin, Frankie "Sugarchile" Robinson, Booker T. Washington, Phillys Wheatley, and more.  A seldom-seen, higher-grade comic celebrating the Rookie of the Year honors bestowed upon Jackie Robinson.
