Colorful, tri-fold brochure advertising season ticket packages for the Brooklyn Dodgers Football team of the Continental League.  The Continental League was a minor league that operated between 1965 and 1959.  The original commissioner was former Baseball commissioner Happy Chandler, and aimed to establish working relationships with the NFL and AFL.  The Brooklyn Dodgers team was unsuccessful and only operated for one season, apparently playing just five home games (not in Brooklyn but on Randall's Island).  During the season they became a league-operated road team, playing all their games on the road due to lack of attendance.  The team was subsequently sold to Frank Hurn, who moved the club to Akron and changed the name to the Akron Vulcans.

This tough brochure features a photo of General Manager Jackie Robinson, along with Robustelli.  Printed on lightweight paper, it exhibits some mild surface and edge wear, including a few tiny edge tears and some very light pencil writing in the upper-right corner (a price, ostensibly written by a paper ephemera dealer).  An area of discoloration is visible along the right edge.
