Official program for the 1946 Junior World Series between the Louisville Colonels and Montreal Royals, featuring Jackie Robinson in his final stop before joining the Brooklyn Dodgers. Robinson's debit season was spectacular, as he led the league in batting average and runs scored, while stealing 40 bases, leading his team to the championship. The program appears to have been scored from Game 5, a 5-3 Montreal victory, during which Robinson went 3-for-5 with a triple, double, two runs scored and an RBI. The program itself appears in VG/EX condition, though scored, and with stray pencil marking and writing in places. The binding is somewhat lose, allowing the pages some room to move around a bit, but they all remain intact. A historically important scorecard, from one of the Championship games resulting from Jackie Robinson's stellar 1946 season.
