Most of the prime perpetrators of the fames St. Louis Cardinals Gashouse Gang are all shown here on a wonderful 1935 Exhibit 4-on-1. Pepper Martin exemplified their style of play and Hall-of-Famers Frankie Frisch and Dizzy Dean were a mighty pair, with Ol' Diz the last NL pitcher to win 30 games, a feat not likely to repeat. Dean's brother Paul makes for a nice family connection to complete the quartet. SGC has graded five in total, with two higher than this fairly graded 4 (a 5 and and a 6 supersede), with eight more at PSA, topped by a lone 6.
