Prior to moving on to UCLA Jackie Robinson attended Pasadena Junior College in 1938 and 39 excelling in four sports (baseball football basketball and track). This 1939 yearbook depicts Robinson as a member of the varsity football and basketball teams but oddly enough not the baseball team. In excellent condition the 9x11 3/4" hardcover book is unmarked or unsigned with only minor age-related wear to the cover and a few of the last pages in the book none of which impacts the appearance or displayability of the piece.
