Produced by Oakland CA's Cardinet Candy Co. the "Texas Tommy" candy bar was named after a popular dance and being a regional issue specific to northern California are particularly rare today. This example of Cubs catcher Jimmy Archer is the only one to have been graded by SGC (in fact SGC has graded just 33 cards from this issue in total compared with just 22 in total graded by PSA). Graded FAIR 20 the card presents very well with a clean image accompanied by edge and corner wear typical for the grade. The reverse however does contain some paper loss that obscures some of the card's biographical text however with an issue as rare as this it is difficult to take issue with condition flaws of any kind.
