Reminiscent of bats often seen on Old Judge baseball cards, this fine 34" example captures the aura of early baseball. Beautiful, gently-tapered bat is constructed of dark wood with a thin, angular wafer-like knob, and a thin barrel that culminates at a flat end. Unaltered and unrestored, a prime example of an 1880s bat, EX condition with no cracks, chips, deadwood or signs of repair.
