Pair of proof tickets from their original sheet, still attached to one another.  The 1937 Series was between the Yankees and Giants, with the Yankees winning in five games.  This sheet contains proof tickets from Games 3 and 4.  Game 3 was a Yankees 5-1 victory, behind excellent pitching from Monte Pearson.  Game 4 was a 7-3 Giants victory, with Carl Hubbell out dueling Bump Hadley, though Lou Gehrig did supply a home run for the Yankees.  The panel does exhibit wear, including some age-related discoloration at the bottom and left edges, some visible corner rounding, a tiny edge tear, a few small staple holes and four hole punches, FAIR condition in general.  Still, an exceptional document of a Subway Series from one of the dominant 1930s Yankees teams.
