Lot Description  

Attractive Wrigley Field ticket to Game 6 of the 1945 World Series, played on October 8.  The 12-inning affair pitted Hank Borowy and Dizzy Trout, the Tigers making a dramatic 4-run comeback in the 8th inning, capped by a Hank Greenberg home run.  Unfortunately for Detroit, Stan Hack slammed a walk-off double in the 12th.  The ticket appears VG/EX, with some light corner wear.
