The 1921 Oxford Confectioners issue is an extremely difficult 20-card set that is absolutely loaded (14 of the 20 players featured are now in the Hall of Fame). PSA has graded fewer than 400 examples from the set in total, with high-grade specimens nearly impossible. They have graded just one example of Collins' cards higher than this, though the corner wear is slightly more pronounced than what one might find in an EX card today. Regardless, one does not often have the opportunity to purchase an E253 Hall of Famer because of it's grade; this set is all about scarcity. One of just 19 examples assessed by PSA.
