The VG-EX 4 grade assessed by PSA to this Old Mill  Addie Joss "Pitching" pose likely speaks to corner wear, though some mild soiling can also be seen on the reverse.  The lower right corner does display a pronounced ding - not quite a crease, but still visible.  Some lighter but still visible wear is evident at the remaining corners.  Still, the Old Mill reverse significantly increases the desirability of the card, as Old Mill backs are quite hot at the moment.
